Selena Gomez is an internationally famous actress and singer. One of the projects she has participated in that has had the greatest popularity was the Disney series Wizards of Waverly Place. Selena Marie Gomez has a full name. She was born on 22nd July 1992, at Grand Prairie Texas. Amanda Cornett, and Ricardo Gomez are her parents. The mother of Selena's Amanda Cornett, who was 16 when Selena was born. In the year 2009, Selena was cast in her first film in show business, playing Gianna as Barney and her Friends. The result was that she appeared in the world's most anthropomorphic and purple dinosaurs. Selena was a part of several episodes for seasons 7 and 8 from 2001 and 2003. Selena was not the only performer who appeared in Barney and His Friends during that time. Demi Loveto also worked on the show. Selena Gomez left the show and auditioned for different films and shows, but did not have the most results. She got a small role in the 2003 film Mini Spies 3 (Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over) and another like Julie on Walker Texas Ranger: Trial by Fire. Also, she was offered the character in the role of Emily Grace Garcia in the 2005 Brain Zapped program for which she wrote a song.
