Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally, responsible for leading every aspect of the People, Talent and Culture processes. Annmarie has over 30 years of experience working as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of leaders to achieve objectives for business, particularly in the midst of dramatic change and growth. As an advisor, she was involved to help translate the human resources and business plans into strategic goals, and enterprise-wide objectives by focusing on organizational performance as well as employee engagement as well as change. She is passionate about learning and envisions leadership and team development as the most powerful competitive advantage. With her broad experience of working in Fortune 500 as well as smaller and mid-sized businesses in the development and coaching of managers, and achieving results, she helped foster organizational cultures that embody learning innovation and change. Annmarie was motivated to give her talents and resources to further aid in the mission of Learning Ally. When she has time off she provides assistance for a variety of nonprofit organizations.
