Luciana Paoluzzi and Maria Rota Paoluzzi were raised in Rome. Luciana Paoluzzi is the child of Manlio Paoluzzi (an Italian military officer) as well as Maria Rota Paoluzzi (a mistress to Benito Mussolini). It's not clear if she has any siblings. Luciana is the sole woman who graduated from her high school class from Milan. Luciana also studied nautical engineering there. Her modeling career began within two years. But, things was changed after she got her first acting part by accident when she visited her father's Rome close friend. The role was a two-line part in Three Coins in the Fountain. Brett Halsey - an actor who was her first partner. In 1960, they married and filmed the film Return to the Peyton Palace. The couple had one son, named Charles born on June 13, 1961. They divorced just a year after the birth of Charles and Luciana was granted custody. Luciana was involved in a romantic relationship with Tony Athony between 1962 until 1970. He was an actor and producer who was inspired by her character to write and direct this Spaghetti Western hybrid based on the character she played in the film as Green Slime.
